Return Policy
Please note the Return Policy when buying from The Holistic Hub SA.
- There will be NO refunds, under any circumstances, of orders that have been processed and dispatched.
- Once an order has been placed, no amendments will be made to that existing order. Kindly ensure that you order exactly what you need and require at that point.
- In the event of a parcel suffering damage, it remains the client’s responsibility to notify The Holistic Hub SA so a replacement item may be sent immediately.
- A tracking number is always provided to client after dispatch. It remains the client’s responsibility to make a follow up with the Courier Company.
- After an order leaves our premises, we will not allow any exchanges or returns.
- Once a parcel has been dispatched, it remains the responsibility of the client to follow up on their parcel until delivery takes place.
- In the event that a client refuses to accept delivery of her parcel and the courier returns the parcel to our store, no refund will be issues and the client will be required to pay shipping fees again.
- In an event whereby the parcel is lost, or cannot be located, the store will not effect any refund, but will send out a replacement/duplicate order.
- It remains the client’s responsibility to write the correct order reference when he or she is making payment.
- Should it happen that you write the incorrect order number and we Dispatch the client’s order to the wrong person, we will not be held liable for any loss.
- The client will be held liable for his or her mistake and they will default their order.
RETURN AND REFUNDS OF SPECIAL BLEND ORDERS:
Special blend orders are made on request, and they are not readily available online or inshore.
Once an order has been placed, production for that particular blend takes place. Previously, our turnaround time was 6-8 weeks, but due to the massive demand, our current turnaround time is 2-4 consecutive months.
In some cases, the turnaround time may be less, depending on how busy we are with other orders.
Due to the fact that special blends are made on request, we unfortunately cannot cancel/amend or exchange your order.
In cases whereby a deposit has been paid, should a client decide to cancel their order, they will automatically forfeit their non refundable deposit.
Once an order has been made, it takes 2-5 working days for production to commence, thereby making it impossible for one to change their order.
